1. Welcome to the Adventure Club
The Little Timber® Adventure Club is an annual digital membership designed to bring seasonal creativity, learning and outdoor adventures to families throughout the year.
Members receive four seasonal digital Activity & Adventure Books, occasional bonus activities, Little Timber news and updates from our real Timber Forest in Alberta, Canada.
These Subscription Terms explain membership benefits, payment authorization, automatic renewals, cancellation, digital delivery and customer rights.
By purchasing an Adventure Club membership, you agree to these terms, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
2. Membership Eligibility
Adventure Club subscriptions must be purchased and managed by an adult with legal capacity to enter into the agreement.
Our books are primarily designed for children ages 4–8, but the membership belongs to the purchasing adult.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children's use of the materials.
No separate children's account or membership login is required.
3. Annual Membership Price
The current Adventure Club membership price is:
CA$59.00 per year
This is an automatically renewing annual subscription.
The initial annual payment is charged when the customer joins.
Applicable taxes, if any, will be disclosed before payment authorization.
Membership is not a monthly payment plan.
Any separate monthly membership product, if offered in the future, will have its own clearly disclosed billing terms.
4. Automatic Renewal Authorization
By selecting the Adventure Club purchase button and completing enrollment, you authorize Little Timber and its payment processor to charge the disclosed annual membership price to your selected payment method.
Unless automatic renewal is cancelled, the subscription renews annually on its scheduled billing anniversary.
The recurring amount and billing frequency are disclosed before purchase.
Any changes to renewal pricing or material subscription terms will be communicated in accordance with applicable law.
5. What Your Membership Includes
Each paid annual Adventure Club membership includes:
Four seasonal digital Activity & Adventure Books
Members receive the next four scheduled seasonal releases following enrollment.
Little Timber updates
News and stories from the Little Timber world, including books, music and Timber Forest developments.
Occasional bonus activities
Additional printable activities, creative ideas or surprises may be provided from time to time.
Early announcements
Members may receive early information about new Little Timber products, stories or family experiences.
Only the four seasonal Activity & Adventure Books are guaranteed on the published release schedule.
Additional activities, surprises and announcements are provided when available and are not guaranteed on a fixed monthly schedule.
6. Seasonal Book Release Schedule
Little Timber currently schedules its seasonal digital Activity & Adventure Books for release on:
SeasonScheduled ReleaseWinterDecember 1SpringMarch 1SummerJune 1AutumnSeptember 1
The first included membership book is the next scheduled seasonal release following enrollment.
The following three seasonal releases complete the four-book annual entitlement.
For example, a customer joining in October receives Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn as the next four scheduled releases.
7. Separate Activity Book Purchases
Customers may purchase an individual seasonal Activity & Adventure Book before being offered Adventure Club membership.
The individual book purchase is a separate transaction.
The book purchased before joining does not count toward the four upcoming seasonal books included in Adventure Club.
The individual purchase is not automatically credited toward the annual membership price unless a specific promotional offer expressly states otherwise.
Joining Adventure Club is optional.
Customers who decline the membership still receive the individual book they purchased.
8. Membership Activation
Membership begins following successful payment of the annual subscription charge.
Little Timber will record the membership start date, scheduled renewal date and seasonal-book entitlement.
Members will receive a confirmation email explaining their enrollment and delivery arrangements.
The first included seasonal book is delivered on the next scheduled release date.
9. Digital Book Delivery
Seasonal books are delivered electronically to the email address associated with the membership.
Delivery may occur through a PDF email attachment or another clearly disclosed digital method.
Members are responsible for maintaining an accurate and accessible email address.
If a seasonal book is not received, members should check their spam or promotions folders and contact:
Little Timber will make reasonable efforts to resolve delivery problems.
10. Four-Book Guarantee
Every fully paid annual membership includes four scheduled seasonal digital Activity & Adventure Books.
This entitlement is not forfeited simply because the member cancels automatic renewal.
Members remain entitled to all four books included in the annual period they have already purchased.
If the fourth scheduled release occurs shortly after the subscription's annual billing anniversary, that final book remains included in the original paid entitlement.
No additional annual payment is required solely to receive an outstanding fourth book from a previously paid membership.
This guarantee remains subject to applicable refund arrangements and consumer protection laws.
11. Cancelling Automatic Renewal
Members may cancel automatic renewal at any time before their next scheduled renewal charge.
Cancellation stops future scheduled renewal payments.
Cancellation does not immediately terminate the prepaid four-book entitlement.
For example, a member who joins in October and cancels automatic renewal in November remains entitled to the next four seasonal releases included in the paid membership.
Cancellation does not require the member to return previously delivered digital books.
12. How to Cancel
Members may request cancellation by emailing:
Subject: Cancel Adventure Club Renewal
Please include the name and email address associated with the subscription.
Where a self-service subscription-management option is available, members may also use that option.
Little Timber will process valid cancellation requests in accordance with applicable law and provide confirmation.
Customers should submit cancellation requests before their next scheduled renewal charge.
13. Membership Status After Cancellation
After automatic renewal is cancelled, a membership may be classified as:
Active — Auto-Renewing: The membership is paid and scheduled to renew.
Cancelled — Paid Benefits Remaining: Automatic renewal is cancelled, but prepaid seasonal-book entitlements remain.
Expired: The paid subscription period has ended and all prepaid seasonal-book entitlements have been fulfilled.
Cancellation does not automatically remove access to books already delivered.
14. Annual Renewal and New Entitlements
When a membership successfully renews, the customer receives a new paid annual membership period and an additional four-book entitlement.
Renewal is subject to the applicable price and terms agreed to by the customer.
If a renewal payment fails, no new paid annual entitlement is created unless payment is successfully completed.
Outstanding books from a previously paid membership remain owed under the original agreement.
15. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, Little Timber or its payment provider may notify the member and request updated payment information.
Payment providers may retry unsuccessful charges according to the applicable billing configuration.
A failed renewal payment does not cancel the customer's rights to seasonal books already included in a previously paid membership.
Little Timber may suspend benefits associated solely with an unpaid new membership period, subject to applicable law.
16. Membership Refunds
Annual membership payments are generally non-refundable solely because a member chooses to cancel automatic renewal.
However, Little Timber will review refund requests involving:
Duplicate charges.
Incorrect or unauthorized billing.
Failure to deliver purchased benefits.
Material differences between advertised and delivered benefits.
Other circumstances requiring a remedy under applicable law.
Approved refunds will be processed according to our Digital Products & Refund Policy and applicable legal requirements.
Nothing in these Terms limits statutory refund or cancellation rights.
17. Retaining Downloaded Books
Members may retain digital Activity & Adventure Books already delivered to them.
Purchased and membership-delivered books are provided under a personal and household-use licence.
Members may save and print copies for their own household.
Commercial resale, unauthorized redistribution or public sharing of complete PDF files is prohibited.
18. Membership Communications
Members will receive essential communications necessary to administer their subscriptions and deliver purchased benefits.
These may include:
Membership confirmation.
Seasonal-book delivery.
Billing and renewal information.
Failed-payment notices.
Cancellation confirmation.
Important changes affecting membership services.
Promotional communications are managed separately according to applicable Canadian anti-spam requirements and other relevant laws.
Members may unsubscribe from promotional emails without cancelling their membership.
19. Renewal Reminders and Invitations to Continue
Little Timber may send service-related reminders about upcoming renewal dates or membership expiration.
Where appropriate consent exists, members who have cancelled automatic renewal may also receive an invitation to rejoin or continue their adventures.
Members are not required to renew in order to receive books already included in a paid membership.
20. Changes to Seasonal Release Dates
Little Timber intends to publish seasonal books according to the stated schedule.
If a release is delayed, we will communicate material changes to affected members and provide an updated expected delivery date.
Changes to release timing do not automatically eliminate outstanding paid book entitlements.
If Little Timber cannot fulfill a purchased obligation, appropriate remedies will be provided in accordance with applicable law.
21. Changes to Membership Benefits
Little Timber may introduce new bonus activities, features or other benefits.
We may also modify optional benefits that are not guaranteed on a fixed schedule.
However, we will not retroactively remove the four seasonal books included in a paid membership without providing a legally appropriate remedy.
Material changes to recurring subscription terms will be disclosed as required by law.
22. Physical Books and Events
Adventure Club membership includes digital seasonal Activity & Adventure Books.
Unless expressly stated in a separate offer, membership does not include:
Physical printed books.
Physical merchandise.
Shipping services.
Timber Festival admission.
Timber Forest admission.

Other paid Little Timber products or experiences.
Such products and experiences may be offered separately.
23. Privacy and Payment Security

Little Timber does not intentionally store complete payment card numbers through its public website.

26. Applicable Law
These Terms are generally governed by the applicable laws of Alberta and Canada.
Mandatory consumer rights and jurisdictional protections that apply under other laws are not excluded.
27. Changes to These Terms
Little Timber may update these Subscription Terms to reflect changes in services, technology, operations or legal requirements.
Updated terms will be published with a revision date.
Material changes affecting existing paid subscriptions will be communicated where required.
Updates will not retroactively eliminate purchased benefits or override statutory rights.
